- Verify that attendance is being marked from an authorized office location

- Calculate and display working hours and attendance history

- Send attendance, leave, workplace, and account-related notifications

- Allow authorized administrators and HR representatives to manage employee information
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve AttenDesk

3. Location Information
AttenDesk may request access to your device location when location verification is required for attendance-related activities.
Your location may be used to determine whether you are within the authorized office area when attempting to mark attendance.
Location information is used for the attendance verification functionality and is not intended to be used for unrelated purposes.
If you deny the required location permission, certain location-based attendance features may not function correctly.
4. QR-Based Attendance
AttenDesk may use QR code scanning to verify attendance.
The QR scanning feature may be used to:
- Identify an authorized workplace QR code
- Verify attendance actions
- Support Punch In and Punch Out
- Help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent attendance activity
Camera access may be required when using the QR scanner.

AttenDesk may send push notifications relating to:
- Attendance
- Punch In and Punch Out
- Step Out and Back To Office
- Leave requests and updates
- Workplace notices
- Account-related information
- Other important workplace communications
You may manage notification permissions through your device settings where applicable.

AttenDesk is designed primarily for workplace and employee management.
Your information may be accessible to authorized administrators, HR representatives, or other authorized personnel within your organization when necessary for legitimate workplace management purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.

AttenDesk allows users to create accounts.
Users may request deletion of their AttenDesk account and associated personal information through the account deletion mechanism provided by AttenDesk.
The account deletion process and external account deletion webpage will be provided separately and linked from the application and relevant platform listings.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, employment or organizational recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other lawful requirements.
